Do you offer a free trial before I commit?
Yes — the Starter plan includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full Starter features including one broker connection, three live strategies, and two years of backtesting data.
What if my broker is not on the supported list?
Submit a connector request via the contact form. We evaluate new connectors based on client demand and API quality. If your broker is a realistic candidate, we will give you a development timeline estimate within five business days.
Can I migrate an existing Python strategy?
In most cases, yes. Send us your strategy's entry/exit logic (you do not need to share proprietary signals or parameter values) and we will assess compatibility. Most Python strategies using standard libraries migrate in one to three days.
